Entry Qualifications and Required Entry Materials
Entry Qualifications:
Girls 1,2; Boys 1,2; Women 3-10; Men 4-10 - Must have a First Class rating.
All other divisions must have an Expert rating.
Required Entry Materials:
Entry Form - Official entry form, fully completed (available in Regional Guidebook or at USA Water Ski website www.usawaterski.org).
Skier Biography Form. (available in the Regional Guidebook or at the USA Water Ski website).
Skier's Performance Rating Card - Fully endorsed and validated (available in the Regional Guidebook or at USA Water Ski website).
USA Water Ski Membership card (copy acceptable).
Entry fee (check or money order payable to Lake Holly Ski club). Please note - entry sent without check is incomplete and will not be accepted or processed.
Copy of Birth Certificate for Boys and Girls 1,2,3.
Out of Region Skiers. Must obtain approval from EVP's of affected Regions, prior to the tournament in order to ski.

Important: If you do not yet have a signed rating card, but expect to qualify prior to the Regionals, send all other items and entry now, and bring your rating card to the tournament. If you do not qualify, send a note to the Entry Chairperson (Julie Mahan) and all but $5.00 of your fee will be refunded. Please include your email address on all correspondence.
Entry Fees:
1 Event - $110 per skier.
2 Event - $120 per skier.
3 Event - $130 per skier.
Discounted Entry Fees:
A 40% discount will apply to Juniors. If you have a family of 3 or more without Juniors, a 20% discount will apply.
Junior Fees:
1 Event - $66 per skier.
2 Event - $72 per skier.
3 Event - $78 per skier.
Family of 3 or more:
1 Event - $88 per skier.
2 Event - $96 per skier.
3 Event - $104 per skier.
Late Registration:
Entries postmarked after July 22, 2006 will be subject to a $25 late fee. It is the skier's responsibility to insure that all entry material reaches the tournament entry chairperson on time.
On Site Registration: On Site Registration can be done during the following time frames:
Thursday 8/3/06 between 6:45 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Friday 8/4/06 between 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Saturday 8/5/06 between 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Sunday 8/6/06 between 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.
All skiers must check in with registration 1 hour before the start of their event. Start is defined as the first skier in the event taking to the water.
Rules Notice: The divisions in each event will run the same tournament rating class (E, L, and R) as 2006 Nationals with applicable rules.
Note: At check in and during On Site Registration, each skiers must declare which class (E, L or R) they intend to ski in.
Record Attempts: All skiers that intend to break a record must advise the Chief Judge on site one hour prior to your event.
Awards: First 3 places for each event. Overall for each division.
